Digital Product & Service Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. Refund handling depends on what you purchased.

Digital downloads

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded—except where required by law or in the case of a genuine technical defect we cannot resolve.

Technical defects

If a digital product is broken or materially not as described and we cannot fix it, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Services

Service refunds depend on work completed. Deposits reserve time and are typically non-refundable once work begins. Completed milestones are not refundable.

Custom work

Custom design and development is billed for the work performed; unused, unstarted portions may be refundable at our discretion.

Duplicate purchases

Accidental duplicate purchases of the same digital product/license are refundable—contact us.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.

Nothing here limits refunds you are entitled to under applicable consumer-protection law.
