Service Agreement

These standard terms apply to project engagements alongside your specific quote.

Scope

Each project's scope, deliverables, and price are defined in the quote you approve. Changes to scope may adjust the price and timeline.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds is stated in your quote. Additional rounds can be added by agreement.

Timelines

Timelines depend on timely feedback and content from you. Delays in approvals or materials may move the schedule.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legal right to use any content, claims, logos, and materials you provide, and for final approval before launch or print.

Payment and ownership

Deposits and milestones are billed per the quote. Final deliverables transfer to you on full payment; third-party assets and our pre-existing tools remain licensed.

Third-party costs

Printing, hosting, domains, stock assets, fonts, and advertising spend are separate unless specifically included in the quote.

Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement in writing; you are billed for work performed up to that point.
